Hi Jacqueline,

It's amazing how the power of Oprah radiates isn't it? I am happy you found my blog. As you can see I am new to blogging, When it comes to hormones, that's another story.

You are off to a good start. W2W was founded by Christiane Northrup, M.D. and they have great information as does Dr. Schwarzbein. As you will learn, there are as many opinions and approaches as there are people. It all comes down to what resonates with you.

Hormone therapy is way more than just taking hormones as I am sure you are figuring out. It is good food, exercise you love, living your life with passion, having fun, supplements ....

If you haven't read Dr.Nothrup's books I would highly recommend them. Her first book, Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom, was the first book I read almost 15 years ago. I still call it the New Women's Bible.
Her second book the Wisdom of Menopause which Oprah calls the Women's Bible is also excellent.

Hi Hormone Lady,

And it took the power of Oprah to help me find your blog : )

I am pretty new to the hormone scene, but so have found The Schwarzbein Principle and Women to Women to be my resources of choice. What else should I be reading as an intro? I have found the W2W hormone info to be pretty good and -- a bonus -- it seems the clinic was founded by Dr. Northrup.
